A few common questions.

Does it cost anything to create an account?

No, creating your account and submitting a care request is free. It's simply how we get to know your family and start the conversation. You will only begin to be billed for sessions once your match is confirmed.

What happens after I send my first request?

A Care Consultant will review your request and may reach out to learn more about your child's needs before finding the right aide. You'll receive email updates along the way and can track everything from your account.

What if I'm not sure exactly what kind of support we need?

No worries! Share what you can in your request, and your Care Consultant will help you figure out the rest together so you don't need to have it all worked out first.

Do I need anything ready before I sign up?

Just your own basic details and a little about your child to get going. Depending on the service and your billing or funding preference we may ask for supporting documents. If anything else is needed along the way, your Care Consultant will guide you through it.

Can I make changes to a request after I've submitted it?

Yes! Up until you are match-ready, you can make edits directly into your care request. Your account stays open to you, and your Care Consultant is always there to help if something about your request or your family's needs changes.
