Our aides come with backgrounds related to psychology, education, literacy, and a shared mission to leave an impact. Every aide holds a cleared police information check with vulnerable sector search, along with standard first aid / CPR certification and other related certifications.

Supporting families through FSCD.
At Hispir, we proudly support Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) programs, providing aides to support families with their Behavioural Developmental Support (BDS) and Specialized Service (SS) plans.
Our team offers direct billing to FSCD and is experienced in working within FSCD guidelines and delivering personalised care.
